"Gary and I have been with State Farm for about 25 years insuring 2 houses and 13 vehicles during this time. Two SUV’s were bought out of state and Hannah was instrumental in a smooth transaction in both cases with insurance coverage and insurance cards. Some of our vehicles are withdrawn from use in the winter months and Hannah makes the transitions to full use efficiently. Recently we have dealt with Hannah to establish an updated replacement value for our home and she was very helpful in this process. "Had boat, car , home insurance through them. Raised my rate because I didn’t show them proof that I had a security system fast enough. Why don’t you call ADT and ask them yourself 3 years and now you want proof I have security system? Money grab. Called to talk about canceling, they could care less, just wanted to make sure I jumped through hoops to cancel. Not the best way to treat a 3 year long client in my opinion."
